Cancellations and Refunds
Order Cancellations
At Augustt, we strive to process and deliver your orders as quickly as possible.
However, if you wish to cancel an order, please review the following:

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided they have not entered the production or dispatch process.

Once production or customization has begun, the order cannot be cancelled.

To request a cancellation, please email us at orders@augustt.in or call +91 8208404739 with your order number and details.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, or unforeseen production issues. In such cases, customers will be notified promptly and issued a full refund.
Refund Policy
Due to the customized nature of most Augustt products (with company branding, logos, or personalized names), refunds are only processed under specific conditions:

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims must be supported with photographs or videos of the issue.

Upon verification, a replacement or refund will be initiated at our discretion.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will not be applicable for:

Custom-branded or personalized merchandise.

Minor variations in color, texture, or size due to manufacturing processes.

Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Exchange Policy
Exchanges are only accepted in cases of verified defects or wrong product delivery.
To initiate an exchange, please contact orders@augustt.in within 48 hours of receiving your order.
